Packaging Instructions

• Ensure that the shipment has sufficient packaging to withstand transportation.
• We recommend reusing cardboard boxes you have received at home.
• If packing a specific item feels difficult or if the packaging instructions are unclear, feel free to ask us first!

We are flexible regarding size, weight, and packing method.

Please note that the driver must be able to carry each package.

Package Labeling

• Always write your name and address on each package.
• Also label the package with the package number and the total number of packages.
• If you are sending only one package, still mark it as 1/1 just to be safe.

So, label each package with:

• Sender: your name and pick-up address
• Recipient: the name of the partner company (e.g., SOL Laundry) or the name and address of the recipient of your transport
• Package Number and Total Number of Packages: e.g., 1/3

Example: 3-package shipment to SOL Laundry:

• Sender: John Doe, Ruoholahdenkatu 2, 00130 Helsinki
• Recipient: SOL Laundry
• Package: 1/3 (and label the next packages as 2/3 and 3/3)

Example: 2-package personal shipment:

• Sender: John Doe, Ruoholahdenkatu 2, 00130 Helsinki
• Recipient: Jane Smith, Juurakkotie 1, 01300 Vantaa
• Package: 1/2 (and label the second package as 2/2)
